এই শর্তাদি এবং শর্তগুলো ফার্নিকাট ডটকম এর সকল ফার্নিচার, ইন্টেরিয়ার এন্ড এক্সেসরিজ সকল পণ্যের জন্য প্রযোজ্য। এই শর্তাদি দ্বারা, আপনি আমাদের নীতি সম্পর্কে আপনার বোধগম্যতা ও আনুগত্য নিশ্চিত করেছেন।

আমাদের সত্যের মতবিরোধের ক্ষেত্রে আপনাকে এই ওয়েবসাইটটি ব্যবহার না করার পরামর্শ দেয়া হচ্ছে। ফার্নিকাট ডটকম যে কোনো সময় এই Terms & Conditions পরিবর্তন ও আপডেট করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। এ শর্তাদি কার্যকর করার জন্য কোন নোটিশ প্রয়োজন নেই।

ডেলিভারি:

• ফার্নিকাট ডটকম ৭ দিনের মধ্যে (স্টকে থাকা পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে) পণ্য সরবরাহ করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।
• কাস্টমাইজ পণ্য সমূহের ক্ষেত্রে (১০-১৫) কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সরবরাহ করা হবে।
• ঢাকা সিটির মধ্যে আমাদের তৈরিকৃত সকল পণ্য সমূহ ডেলিভারি চার্জ সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রি (বাসার নিচতলা পর্যন্ত), যদি রাস্তা আমাদের গাড়ি চলাচলের উপযোগী হয়।
• ঢাকা সিটির বাহিরে পণ্য ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার চার্জ সংযুক্ত হবে।
• ভুল পণ্য সরবরাহ হলে ফার্নিকাট ডটকম নিজ খরচে নির্দিষ্ট পণ্য পুনরায় সরবরাহ করবে।

বৈধ রিটার্ন এর জন্য প্রয়োজনীয়তা:

• অর্ডার মেমো, চালান ইত্যাদি সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে যা রিটার্ন/রিপ্লেসমেন্ট/গ্যারান্টির ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য হবে।
• ফার্নিকাট ডটকম ভুল বা ত্রুটিযুক্ত পণ্য সরবরাহ করলে নিজ খরচে ফেরত নিয়ে নির্দিষ্ট পণ্য পুনরায় সরবরাহ করবে।

রিটার্ন/রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রযোজ্য হবে না যদি:

• পণ্যের অপব্যবহারের কারণে ক্ষতি হয়ে থাকে।
• ওয়ারেন্টির মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ণ হয়ে থাকে।

ফেব্রিক্স:

ওয়েবসাইটে প্রদর্শিত ফেব্রিক্স অনেক ক্ষেত্রে উপলভ্য নাও থাকতে পারে। সেক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে উপলভ্য ফেব্রিক্স থেকে নির্বাচন করতে হবে।

বিশেষ দ্রষ্টব্য: পণ্য উপলভ্য না হলে ফার্নিকাট ডটকম সমপরিমাণ অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়ার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

Furnicut is the owner and operator of this website. These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all furnicut.com furniture, interior and accessories. By accepting these terms, you confirm your understanding and adherence to our policies. If you disagree, please refrain from using this website.

The company reserves the right to modify and update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Delivery:

• Products will be delivered within 7 days (for in-stock items).
• Customized items will be delivered within 10-15 business days.
• Delivery is free within Dhaka City (ground floor only, subject to road accessibility).
• Outside Dhaka, courier charges will be applicable.

Valid Return Requirements:

• Order memo, invoice etc. must be preserved as proof for return/replacement/guarantee claims.
• If an incorrect or defective product is supplied, furnicut.com will re-supply the correct product at its own expense.

Return/Replacement Not Applicable If:

• Damage is caused by misuse.
• Warranty period has expired.

Fabrics:

Displayed fabrics may not always be available. Customers must choose from currently available fabrics.

Special Note: If a product is unavailable, furnicut.com reserves the right to refund the purchase amount.
